I just discovered the best so bad its good movie I've ever seen.
It's called "Sleeping Dogs" from 1997 (Not to be confused with the acclaimed New Zealand film from 1977 of the same name). It's an action movie about a spy whose trying to bust a criminal mastermind's scheme to replace money with emeralds as the dominant form of currency. The thief also uncovers a workforce of enslaved women hostages who work analyzing the emeralds.
The main villain is the best thing about this movie and he's gotta be the best cheesy action movie over-the-top Bond villain ever. Every line of his is a zinger and he is so flamboyant and exaggerated. There's also this crooked cop who's humourously incompetent at his job, and he's so ironically stoic and it's great.
I definitely think Rosie and Noth especially should check out this one! You can find it pretty easily on Youtube, just search Sleeping Dogs 1997
