Where do I go to find good new rock music?

With rock music no longer being the popular thing for a long time now, I've got a really hard time finding new stuff. A lot of legacy acts won't put anything out for ages or they suck now, and subscribing to rock-related news websites usually just results in getting a lot of "Gene Simmons said a stupid thing!" which I don't care about.

Any of you have any pointers?

I've had Sirius XM for a minute, and I've jotted down bands to look up later. Found a few gems that way.
